Our commercial sourcing process may include requirement development, market research, supplier identification, RFQ coordination, commercial comparison, supplier qualification support, strategic introductions, and transaction coordination.
Depending on the engagement, D.N.A. may operate as a commercial sourcing representative, independent broker, business-development intermediary, or strategic facilitator.
Energy & Industrial Sourcing. D.N.A. supports structured commercial sourcing and supplier development across select energy and industrial product categories.
Services may include supplier identification, RFQ coordination, technical-document exchange, commercial comparison, logistics coordination, and qualified buyer-supplier introductions.
Relevant sourcing categories may include petroleum base oils, lubricants, industrial fluids, energy-related products, MRO materials, electrical components, and associated industrial requirements.
D.N.A. acts as a sourcing and business-development intermediary. It is not a refiner, producer, terminal operator, or carrier, and does not act as seller of record unless expressly established by contract.

2. Market & Supplier Research — Potential manufacturers, distributors, suppliers, and service providers are identified based on the requirements of the opportunity.
3. RFQ & Supplier Engagement — Qualified sources may be invited to provide pricing, availability, technical documentation, lead times, logistics information, and commercial terms.
4. Commercial & Technical Coordination — Responsive proposals are organized to support evaluation of commercial terms, documentation, logistics, and technical requirements. Technical acceptance remains with the applicable buyer and/or qualified technical representatives.
5. Commercial Introduction — Where appropriate, D.N.A. facilitates protected introductions between qualified buyers and suppliers under applicable sourcing, brokerage, confidentiality, or business-development arrangements.
6. Transaction Coordination — D.N.A. may support communication and commercial coordination as the counterparties progress toward definitive terms.
7. Ongoing Relationship Development — For recurring requirements, D.N.A. may continue supporting supplier relationships, sourcing requirements, and future commercial opportunities.

Manufacturers, distributors, suppliers, and service providers are invited to introduce their capabilities to D.N.A. for consideration in current and future commercial and government sourcing opportunities.
Unless otherwise established by contract, the applicable buyer and supplier remain responsible for final purchasing decisions, technical acceptance, contractual obligations, payment terms, product performance, and transaction execution.
D.N.A. may be compensated through brokerage, sourcing, business-development, referral, or other commercially negotiated arrangements depending on the engagement.
